Happy birthday, Utsukushii-Kohana~ Thank you for reminding me that I wanted to do festival!Michi and giving me the idea and opportunity to draw it, haha :D

I'm so sorry this took so long. I took a break after spending an hour on a background only to have CSP crash on me while I was saving and losing the background in the process Miuna Crying Icon

I was considering using the yukata they were wearing in one of the tri. promos but I didn't really care for the designs and colors of them so I just designed my own ;P
